  2. Boil Water and Milk (Optional)
    Start by boiling water. If you prefer a creamier chai, use a combination of water and milk (or a dairy-free alternative) in equal parts or adjust to your preference. Typically, you'll want about 1 cup of liquid per serving.
  3. Add Loose Leaf Chai
    Once your water (or water and milk mixture) starts boiling, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Rooibos Chai per cup. If you want a stronger flavour, opt for 2 teaspoons. Stir the mixture to ensure the leaves and spices are well distributed.
  4. Simmer for Flavour Extraction
    Reduce the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for 5-10 minutes. Simmering helps extract the full flavour of the spices and tea. The longer you simmer, the more robust and spiced your chai will be.
