Tea Base: Raspberry Tea brewed and chilled
Ingredients:
- 120ml Raspberry tea
- 30ml rum
- 30ml lime juice
- 10 mint leaves
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- Top with sparkling rosé
Method:
- Muddle mint with syrup
- Add rum, tea, and lime; shake with ice
- Pour into glass and top with rosé
- Garnish with mint sprig
