Tea Base: Raspberry Tea brewed and chilled

Ingredients:

  • 120ml Raspberry tea
  • 30ml rum
  • 30ml lime juice
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Top with sparkling rosé

Method:

  1. Muddle mint with syrup
  2. Add rum, tea, and lime; shake with ice
  3. Pour into glass and top with rosé
  4. Garnish with mint sprig
