Tea Base: Raspberry Tea brewed and chilled
Ingredients:
- 120ml Raspberry tea
- 30ml gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml rosewater
- 15ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Top with soda
Method:
- Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice
- Strain into a flute or coupe
- Top with soda
- Garnish with rose petals and raspberries
