Iced Tea Recipe: Raspberry & Rose Gin Fizz

Tea Base: Raspberry Tea brewed and chilled

Ingredients:

  • 120ml Raspberry tea
  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10ml rosewater
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Top with soda

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice
  2. Strain into a flute or coupe
  3. Top with soda
  4. Garnish with rose petals and raspberries
