For the smoothest flavour, avoid boiling water and keep your brewing time short.

• Tea: Approximately 2g (1 teaspoon)

• Water: 250ml

• Water Temperature: 80°C

• Steeping Time: 1–2 minutes

Discover another delicious way to enjoy Australian Green Tea with a naturally sweet, refreshing cold infusion.

1. Fill a large jug or jar with 1 litre of cold, filtered water.

2. Add 4 teaspoons of loose-leaf Australian Green Tea using two reusable tea infusers or fillable tea bags.

3. Allow to infuse for approximately 45 minutes, tasting and adjusting to your preference.

4. Remove the tea leaves and add fresh lemon slices, ginger or your favourite seasonal fruit.

5. Pour over ice and enjoy!
