How to Brew the Perfect Cup:
Measure – Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per cup (250ml).
Water – Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil (100°C / 212°F).
Steep – Pour over leaves and steep for 3–5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Serve – Enjoy straight, or with a dash of milk or lemon. Strong enough to stand up to milk, smooth enough to enjoy black — this is breakfast tea the Australian way.
