• 1 teaspoon (2–3g) per 8 oz (240 ml)
• Water temperature: 75–80°C (167–176°F)
• Steep time: 2–3 minutes

Iced Brew

• Steep 3 minutes in hot water
• Pour over ice
• Or cold brew overnight in the fridge (1 tablespoon per litre for 6–8 hours) for a softer, naturally sweet result.
