"Upon the first sip, the tea offers a bold, brisk flavour with a delightful balance of sweetness and astringency. The initial notes are reminiscent of bright citrus, followed by a warm maltiness. As the tea develops on the palate, you may experience a floral undertone, lending a gentle sophistication. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a hint of spice and a refreshing aftertaste."

Directions for the perfect cup:
- Choose your strength
Choose 1 or 2 tablespoons of Organic Ceylon Black Tea depending how you prefer the strength of your tea. Add an extra spoonful for a strong builder's tea. - Boil water and milk (optional). Start by boiling water. Typically, you'll want about 1 cup of liquid per serving
- Once your water starts boiling, add your 1 to 2 teaspoons of Black Tea per cup. If you want a stronger flavour, opt for 2 teaspoons
- Pour boiling water over leaves and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes
- Strain the tea through a tea strainer into a cup if making in a tea pot
- Enjoy!
