Pour freshly boiled water (just off the boil, about 200°F / 93°C) over the tea.

Pro Tip: For stronger relief, steep longer (up to 10 minutes) or brew in a covered pot for 15 minutes, then strain. This brings out more from the turmeric and ginger.
