Unlike overly sweet powdered chai mixes, Valley Sticky Chai celebrates real ingredients. How to Prepare

Traditional Stovetop Chai (Recommended)

You'll need:

  • 2 tablespoons (approximately 20g) Valley Sticky Chai
  • 250mL milk of choice (or 125mL milk and 125mL water for a lighter brew)

Method

  1. Combine the chai and milk in a small saucepan.
  2. Slowly bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  3. Simmer gently for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the honey and spices to fully infuse.
  4. Remove from the heat and let stand for 1 minute.
  5. Strain into your favourite mug.
  6. Enjoy as is, or add extra honey if you prefer a sweeter cup.

Quick Infusion

  1. Add 2 teaspoons of Valley Sticky Chai to a teapot or infuser.
  2. Pour over freshly boiled water.
  3. Steep for 5–7 minutes.
  4. Add warm milk to taste for a lighter chai experience.
